'People Count' Human Resources Service

All employers are required to be up to date with employment legislation and ensure that their employment policies are up to date with current legislation. Many employers are finding that more time is now being spent on human resource issues. This could be due to sick leave, recruitment, maternity leave, retirement, redundancy etc, or purely disputes that could be avoided with good robust policies and procedures. Often having to find out what current legislation is and how they should go about implementing new policies, can be time consuming and confusing.

'People Count' Service

CCVS are now offering a Human Resource service. We will provide guidance and information on employment legislation and developing your staff handbook. We will:

  • send out a monthly newsletter keeping you up to date with legislation changes and tips for good employment
  • facilitate a network group
  • offer training as required
  • email help and support
