Strategic support
One of the key aims of the Community Development Project is to enable local voluntary orgaisations to develop a sustainable future and to grow as and when required. We do this by working one-to-one to:
- Develop short, medium and long term strategies
- Update internal policies and procedures
- Identify partnerships for future work. This can include statutory and voluntary organizations
- Understand the local landscape, including service delivery, funding, and demographics.
- Write business plans
This service is bespoke and developed with each individual group.
